All made‑to‑order and bespoke jewelry are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you are uncertain about any detail or selecting a gift for somebody else, please reach out before ordering at info@khfinejewelry.com. We're happy to help you feel confident in your choice. If you are looking for a completely custom piece, please reach out to bespoke@khfinejewelry.com.
Please let us know within 5 days of delivery if your piece has arrived with any issues. We’re happy to provide extra photos, detailed guidance, and styling advice before purchase to ensure you feel confident in your choice. If after receiving your piece you’d like a modification (such as resizing or chain adjustment), we can offer these services for an additional fee.
cancellations
Please note that once a piece has been sent for casting or a stone has been sourced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations.
For bespoke pieces, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the commission. This deposit starts at $1,500 and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the specific stones required.
If you wish to cancel a made to order or bespoke piece, please contact us within 24–48 hours of placing your order. After this window, you may be responsible for any costs already incurred by our team, up to the full amount paid to date.

Got something that needs a little TLC? We’re happy to offer repair services for jewelry purchased directly from Kiersten Hüelsbeck Fine Jewelry only. Just email info@khfinejewelry.com with clear photos so we can evaluate the best next steps. Please note: repair services may carry a fee depending on the situation.
