first off, thank you so much for being the first to buy from this new brand. we are currently in our prelaunch era and we are still waiting for our brand packaging and boxes. as soon as those arrive, we will be shipping the pieces off. once you pay, we will start the process of having the ring casted for you so that it will be ready to go.

custom projects typically start at $2,000 - which gives us the ability to use premium materials, source the best diamonds or gemstones, and dedicate the time and attention needed to create a piece that’s truly unique to you.

to reserve your place in our bespoke queue and begin the design and sourcing process, we require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.

if the stone being sourced represents a significant portion of the total commission, a second payment may be required before securing the stone. this is typically 50% of the total cost or the full diamond cost, whichever applies. this ensures we can move forward responsibly while maintaining the highest standards of care and integrity in our sourcing process.

clients who wish to use a pre-owned stone must first complete the stone intake form and submit clear photos of their stone or schedule an in-person consultation with Kiersten. please include any details such as the stone type, carat weight, certifications (GIA, etc.), and current mounting. all pre-owned stones are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval and pricing are determined after evaluation. the resetting of a client’s own stone is included in the bespoke design fee; however, in certain cases where a stone’s characteristics or existing setting require additional labor or special handling, any related costs will be discussed and approved with the client prior to proceeding. resetting an existing gemstone carries inherent risks, including the possibility of damage during removal or setting. Kiersten Hüelsbeck Fine Jewelry will carefully assess each stone and communicate any foreseeable concerns before moving forward. by consenting to have a pre-owned gemstone reset, the client acknowledges these risks and agrees to hold Kiersten Hüelsbeck Fine Jewelry harmless from any damage that may occur due to pre-existing flaws, cracks, chips, or inclusions.

if a client chooses to ship their own stone to KH Fine Jewelry, they are responsible for selecting and arranging their preferred shipping carrier, negotiating rates and terms directly, and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance. Kiersten Hüelsbeck Fine Jewelry does not arrange or insure shipments on the client’s behalf, and the client assumes all liability for their shipment. any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the chosen carrier. once the stone has safely arrived to the company, all subsequent shipments between the designer and the client will be fully insured and handled by our trusted shipping partner, ensuring safe and secure transport throughout the remainder of the process.

most projects are completed within 8–12 weeks from the time of deposit, depending on sourcing, design complexity, and seasonality. we'll provide a more specific estimate once we’ve aligned on design and materials.

due to each piece being made-to-order or designed for you, all sales are final. we do not offer returns or refunds on our pieces.

we work exclusively in 14k and 18k gold or platinum to ensure the longevity, integrity, and quality of every piece.

a complimentary appraisal is included with any bespoke and bridal commission. for pieces $3,000 and over, you can request a free appraisal and for pieces under that amount, appraisals are available upon request for a fee of $100 at the time of purchase or before receiving.
